Parking Reminder

Residents,

We would like to bring to your attention an important community reminder concerning parking. It is crucial to note that vehicles must not park along the main exit of our community at Grande Vista and Indiana. This guideline is in place to ensure the safe and fluid exit out of our community for all residents.

We understand that some residents are picking up their children from the nearby bus stop. If this is the case, we kindly ask that you utilize the pool parking lot for this purpose. Parking along the exit, even temporarily, can cause traffic congestion and pose safety risks.

Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. Together, we can keep our community safe, welcoming, and efficient for all residents.
