Red Curb Painting Schedule Update
Posted By jpoulton on November 3, 2020
This is an update regarding the red curbing project schedule that we have previously sent correspondence about. Initially, the scope of work included several streets that the Fire Marshall was requiring us to paint, as well as additional streets that we could add to paint but were not required to. After further review and discussion, the Board of Directors voted to only paint the curbs red on the streets that the Fire Marshall is requiring due to the size of the streets and accessibility for emergency vehicles – all other previously mentioned streets will not be painted at this time. These streets and scheduled dates of when they will be painted are as follows:
- Veneto – November 9th between 7am-3pm
- Flowerfield – November 9th between 7am-3pm
- Ledgewood – November 10th between 7am-3pm
- The dead end at Periwinkle & Beechdale (not the streets themselves) – November 11th between 7am-3pm
- Cedarhurst – November 12th and 13th between 7am–3pm
All vehicles will need to be moved from the streets below prior to that date and time. If there are vehicles not moved prior to the scheduled start date of that street, the vehicle will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Please note that once your street has been painted, street parking will no longer be permitted. You can continue to park on the street on any curb that is not painted red. The attached flier will be posted on your garage door/front door by Pilot Painting for your convenience prior to your street being painted.
