Red Curb Painting Schedule Update
Posted By jpoulton on September 23, 2020
The Board of Directors has recently approved a project to have red curbs painted on several of the streets located within the Community. Several of these streets are required to be painted with red curbing per the Fire Marshall, due to the size of the streets and accessibility for emergency vehicles. This project is scheduled to begin on Monday, September 28th at 7:00 a.m. and will take approximately three weeks to be completed. All vehicles will need to be moved from the streets below prior to that date and time. The following streets will be the first to be completed the week of September 28th – October 1st:
If there are vehicles not moved prior to Monday, September 28th at 7:00 a.m., they will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. The following streets will be completed over the next two weeks. We will follow up with the next set of streets closer to the end of next week:
Please note that once your street has been painted, street parking will no longer be permitted. You can continue to park on the street on any curb that is not painted red. The attached flier will be posted on your garage door/front door by Pilot Painting for your convenience prior to your street being painted. If you have any questions regarding this project, please contact your Community Manager, Justine Poulton at firstname.lastname@example.org.
